Program Coordinator (Remote)

Location: Fully Remote (occasional travel to China 1–2 times per year, approx. 2-5 weeks each trip) Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time (Flexible based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Program Coordinator to support the daily operation and growth of our global teaching programs. This role combines teacher recruitment and management, student teaching, and marketing outreach. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-cultural education environment.

Key Responsibilities (percentage varies for part-time workers)

1. Recruitment & Teacher Management (45%)
● Lead the hiring process for new teachers: job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination
● Conduct candidate interviews
● Support new teacher onboarding: organize training sessions, gather required documents, and manage profiles
● Track each teacher’s schedule and availability; maintain up-to-date teaching rosters
● Coordinate schedules, program documentation, and communication between teachers and families
2. Student Teaching & Program Support (25%)
● Teach a limited number of classes to understand current student needs and parents' feedback with first-hand information
● Maintain limited direct contact with students for check-ins, class observation, or demo sessions

● Ensure high-quality learning experience and gather feedback to support continuous improvement
3. Marketing & Outreach (15%)
● Create and manage social media content to attract new students and promote ongoing programs
● Reach out to local and international schools for partnership and recruitment opportunities
● Assist with organizing virtual or in-person promotional events
4. Operations & Website Management (15%)
● Support website content updates and program information maintenance
● Assist with periodic reports and data tracking for enrollment and marketing results

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
● Strong organizational and interpersonal skills in English (Mandarin is a plus)
● Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Mandarin is a plus)
● Experience in K–12 education, tutoring, program management, or human resources is preferred
● Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, Wix, and social media management platforms
● Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting
